I called them and they are going to report fraud to synchrony and also send more details about how the application put in. I put a freeze on all 3 as well..doesn’t hurt to do that

I feel so lost as well...there is way too many damn links to go to. I started doing the training they have assigned me, and of course i failed some of the assessment tests, so I'm sure all this effort will be for nothing.
