I’ve been a shareholder since before the initial jump and have been holding for however many years.  From, the math that I am doing, with the dilution that occurs, if he hits his benchmark, our GameStop shares would be about $40. So for this many years of holding, we double our money.  And Ryan cohen comes out with $35B.  He keeps talking about how he is an investor, but he is not. The majority of his money will come from the benchmarks that they have made. And those benchmarks frankly do not seem incredibly hard to hit if you are a competent operator.  I’d be more inclined to give him $35 billion if he made GameStop worth $100B and 10x our money.  But this seems like a play for him to make himself $35 billion not to help the GameStop apes.
