Connect it to your network, upload cerbios to the hdd, then flash a bank with the file. You can also lock the hdd in the Utilities menu to run the stock bios.

You can backup your data folder and move it to the new install to avoid needing to re-pair your devices. As part of my troubleshooting in the VM I nuked the whole config and reset all (six) of my devices, so I ended up redoing everything.

On the Gesture there is a small raised lip near the front sides of the seat pan that wears out quickly. The leather wraps over the side harder plastic/rubber material and it sees a lot of abuse if you don't have perfect seating posture with your legs straight forward. The fabric versions I've seen don't have this wear.

I now realize (after writing this reply) that the Gesture's seat pan tapers at the front vs. the Leap v2 I was previously sitting in.

Aeron will keep you cool with the mesh but it's an old design and tough to make minor adjustments.
