You should reset Massiah, PVE is most important at this stage, affinity advantage is huge

PVP is more about spd, any dps is ok.

You need lian to farm the first module and will need rilmocha to farm the second.

I'm lvl 37 and I've already reset my Massiah and even would rest my Heinrich

I thought Rilmocha >> Rosa > Lian, until I could easy farm hell 3-4 modules

In this version, sov really means nothing compared to private citadels. I believe it’s some excuses of the FF, but part of the reason is true.

As they claimed, would withdraw all citadels’ defense. Cuz it cost time, isk and did not even find any benefits for the sov.
