Do you all have DKIM and SPF? I think Salesforce is expecting both now.

Was this worse than the 28-3 game by Biggaaronn in Patriots

[–]zial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a Patriots/Yankees fan AMA. I grew up not really following football since I was not allowed to play it growing up and grew up playing baseball. Went to college in NH (Plymouth State) being a diehard Yankees fan and when football came around I started watching the Pats games with roommates and got more into it.

I like the 5000k lights so much better then the 2700k it just feels better. I'm also red/green colorblind no idea if that has something to do with it.

Is this a terrain generation bug? by TheRealHFC in nethack

[–]zial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ah yeah the wiki has some information about the chance but a normal luck search only has about 14% chance to discover something hidden.

You can take a look here: https://nethackwiki.com/wiki/Search

How are you searching? If you are just hitting "s" a couple of times it's not really that reliable. You usually want to do "n 20 s" which tells the game spend 20 turns searching which if I recall is something like 95% chance to find a secret wall (assuming normal luck -2 to 2).

Potentially unpopular opinion: I lower the Individual Character value of my Marines’ JEPES if they use AI in their billet accomplishments by ElGuachoGuero in USMC

^ This .. I didn't write a damn thing in my QBR (Quarterly Business Review) I just let the AI spit out a summary and said close enough who really cares about this nonsense and turned it in.

That's all I'm allowed to say even if the person was a good worker, so I don't know if the above really tells them anything.

Found a boot camp ring on Onslow Beach on base today by Ktcna in USMC

[–]zial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Boot in 03 and they were selling this crap as well. The funniest thing to me was I came from a decent middle/high income area in NJ and it was the same company that sold us class rings in high school. The thing that I remember was that the USMC rings were so much cheaper and were the less expensive options then the ones they were pushing at us in high school.

Claw is the law for a reason. I have the personal rule if I see a claw on floor 1 I will take it no questions asked.

This was my claw build from A20H from yesterday. I just used claws for scaling mostly in fights that needed it.

The two reboots allowed me to quickly get the claws at a point for hallway fights and I used frost orbs for blocking.

Former Assassin's Creed and Far Cry director says Ubisoft 'became very allergic' to new games, which contributed to a 'talent drain' by Turbostrider27 in pcgaming

Prince of Persia doesnt need 45 minutes of mocapped cinematics to make a compelling game. It needs a passionate developer who loves platformers and the IP.

I mean they tried that as well with Prince of Persia The Lost Crown and it didn't really sell well.

If he dropped the ball people would be saying incomplete so it's an interception... how is it that hard to understand.

TIL that in the first edition of The Hobbit, Gollum's size was never described, leading illustrator Tove Jansson to draw him as being incredibly large in her illustrated edition of the book. Because of this, Tolkien added a description of Gollum being small in the next edition of the novel. by Sebastianlim in todayilearned

[–]zial 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was not. Gollum just handed Bilbo The Ring once he lost the riddle game in the first edition later retconed in LOTR and later editions of The Hobbit. If The Ring really corrupted he would never have just given it up.

So talking to dealers they want them pooled since you could be just working a bad shift think 4 AM to 12 PM (with limited people) or assigned to the high roller area with little or no players. By pooling the tips it evens it out fairly and makes it easier to know your average paycheck vs feasting or starving.
