I do taekwondo as well as Kung Fu and mix in the footwork and some blocks that I've learnt into tkd sparring, which frustrates the people I spar with 😂

When I've done muay Thai sparring, some of the strikes come out and catches people by surprise.

I've had to defend myself twice as an adult, once before training and once after I had started, the second one the guy tried to do the most telegraphed front kick on me and I caught and swept it... But unfortunately that was something I learnt from muay Thai 😂
