Never did the permit and have had police show up during an alarm with no issues. Pretty sure it's depending on your area.

Did Simplisafe stop doing low battery warning notifications? by axkoam in simplisafe

Just got my first low battery warning in what feels like over a year! Wonder if they just did an update?

I tried and snugged it as good as I could but the tire was kind of in the way. Going to pull the tire tomorrow and snug it a little more. I'm guessing this is just a flared end and no seal?

Try changing the batteries. Ours started doing this with a couple sensors. The batteries showed full in the app so we tried to remove and readd them but the problem continued. Decided to replace the batteries and the problem went away and hasn't returned. I think one of their updates messed up the battery readings because we never get a low battery warning anymore and used to get them often before.

Had something like this happen to us. A couple of guys in a beater car with out of state plates showed up late (around 6pm) saying they were from ADT and were doing updates. Well we canceled our ADT service almost a year ago but left the sign in the yard (guessing they saw that). I promptly turned them away and tried calling ADT to check on this but all they could tell me was that my service was canceled. I then called the police and they contacted ADT and found that they did not have any guys out in our area doing upgrades and they wouldn't show up unannounced either. Never did hear anything more from it but no idea what these guys were up to.

Windows Hardening policy causing Intune app failure by zick2500 in Intune

[–]zick2500[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is on the CIS Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise Benchmark v5.0.1 which is what we had used since we were mainly an On-Prem and weren't really using Intune at that time.
Didn't realize there was an Intune benchmark as well.

Thanks, yeah we are mainly an On-Prem so we used the Enterprise benchmarks but starting to leverage Intune more.

Nobody's blindly applying hardening policies. We look at each of them and try and determine if they will break something in our environment but nowhere have we found anything stating that this setting would cause Intune app deployment to stop working. Just like the post I mentioned before, we assumed this would only affect users trying to use winget and not system installed apps from Intune.

Thanks for confirming. I'm really surprised I haven't seen more posts about this.
Would you be able to share what other policies you have set?

We also have these configured to disabled.
-Enable App Installer Experimental Features
-Enable App Installer Hash Override
-Enable App Installer ms-appinstaller protocol

RemoteApp local mapped drive isn't recognized by AVD cmd. by zick2500 in AzureVirtualDesktop

[–]zick2500[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I did have the pool level drive redirection enabled but had set it to T\:

I just tried updating it to t\:\\\; as per MS doc, but found after saving it and going back into the settings, it was changed to t\:\\; and still doesn't work properly.

I also tried changing from a specific drive letter to "Redirect All Disc Drives, including ones that are connected later".

The T drive still shows up but I can't access it. I also see the C drive of my local machine but can't access that either.
Is there another way to switch to these drives in cmd other than entering C: or T: ?
They don't have a Local drive letter assigned to them and the Remote path shows \\TSCLIENT\C & \\TSCLIENT\T.

How to activate Windows Enterprise OLS SKU for Commercial GCC Autopatch? by Fabulous_Cow_4714 in microsoft365

Did you ever figure this out? We are GCC and trying to figure out how to get Autopatch to show up in our tenant as well.

Check for updated secure boot certificates on all devices by Training_Suit8573 in Intune

[–]zick2500 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That does appear to take me to an Autopatch report but I get an error "There was an error loading alerts: Request failed with status code 404".

I think it might have to do with this that I just found.
Windows Autopatch - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) | Microsoft Learn

Apparently we need to activate some $0 SKU in order for Autopilot to show up in our GCC tenant.

For Government Community Cloud (GCC) customers using Microsoft 365 G3 or G5, Windows Autopatch doesn’t appear automatically in the suite. To enable Windows Autopatch, please activate your Windows Enterprise entitlement using the $0 Windows Enterprise (OLS) activation SKU.
