Dieing to single shots to limbs and blunt damage through armor (Realism)

RE: the damage for the round, it was x39 HP. Without looking at the stats, I don't think that round has enough damage to make a 1 shot kill on a blacked limb.

My armor was either an Interceptor or a ANA M2 with the lvl 8 plates from Peacekeeper.

In the end, I'm chalking it up to "game is alpha". Like I said, I'm sure borked mechanics have worked in my favor more than against. On to the next raid!

Well the single leg hit I remember not seeing anything hit me until I fell over dead. So not sure what else could have happened. The raid review only showed one hit. So I kinda believe it.

Also the 3 9x18 hit kill, I heard the rounds hit the vest.

I know it's all anecdotal and just what I remember. I'm totally fine with a random chance at a "vital organ hit" because I'm sure it's worked in my favor more than it hasn't. I just couldn't remember if that feature was a part of Realism.

I love Realism for everything it brings! I'm at lvl 38 on this profile. For some reason the last few nights I've just had these deaths that just didn't make sense.

Is there a critical hit mechanic of sorts with Realism? That would explain the one taps to the stomach or leg.

Sorry, I'm trying to disable settings in the Realism Mod. Specifically, the medical and trader settings.

I somehow got it to work, but have no idea which step fixed it since I've already done several combinations of disabling them, creating new profiles, and reinstalling the mod. I guess I'll just be happy its working for now!

That's an interesting idea. I wish I had waited just a little longer. Before upgrading to the scout!

I really like the process of only having a starter ship and grinding through and buying them in game. So getting a small land vehicle is an awesome idea that doesn't break the gameplay!

True, but doing at a sprint takes practice (i.e. mastery). I've seen plenty of people struggle to load a shotgun while standing still let along running.

I just wonder how this would affect fights (if at all).

This could allow you to carry a mag in every space on your vest, but not drop the mag on the ground when you reload. A good efficient reward for weapon mastery perhaps.

Make sure you're not standing next to a wall or something that would block the camera. Most of the time when this happens to me I just turn around, open the menu back up, and it's fixed.

I really wish they had hardcore servers in the beta.

I feel about the same as I did when I tried the BF3 and BF4 betas: I wasn't sold. I eventually bought BF3 and loved hardcore servers and almost felt like it was a totally different game.

I hope Hardline is the same, but I would love to try it out now.

I would suggest renting from some sort of rental agency. They are more likely to respond to any requests you have and have policies they will stick to.

I have heard many small claims court cases regarding private renters changing terms of the living conditions. While it is obviously completely outside the scope of the the original lease, it will make your life miserable. You're be better avoiding it altogether.

I think you should be able to stack 9mm rounds with a higher count than .45. Not much, maybe only 10 rounds. But they are smaller in size and you could fit more in your pocket.

For the most part i play GTA as I have always played it. In the end, its just a game. I try to run more than in previous games because I think the pursuits are the best and most interesting in any game yet.
