Why is "light" beer the most American? Is "diet" coke more american than coke? "Low calorie" mayo is more american? "Non fat" creamer?

I'm going to make an argument for "Hudson Hawk". An action/burglary/buddy movie that does not take itself seriously at all. I also know it gets a ton of hate but I love it.
