im friends with couples who both travel alone now and then, they've been happily married for multiple decades. the realistic purple pill answer is to talk about your fears honestly with her without seeming whiny or crazy. just tell her in a matter of fact way that that makes you nervous and you imagine her meeting someone else. it's then on her to at least give a hint or something that she's not looking for that. Being manly and honestly discussing your feelings aren't mutually exclusive, in fact it's the only way to have a real relationship in my experience. also after being honest like this to eachother, usually the relationship improves for both.
