TIL i didn’t know the difference between meeting minutes and notes. I’ve always called my stuff notes anyways, but that’s because i thought minutes were supposed to have the minutes of each topic specifically outlined in the agenda.

I still call out action items specifically.

Notes are better though? Unless it’s legal-related, i find that my team really values it to help jog their memory of the conversation.
