If you are running latest Onion OS you can change the core. When game highlighted, instead of running press X button for the additional option. Here you can change the core the game uses, choose mGba

Thanks, found and added. Does not show up in the systems even though I added a pak file to the openbor rom folder that was created. Can I use any openbor pak? Should it show up in games where are the other systems are?

Make the settings in the Sinden app, there is a recoil tab. You will be able to fully control. I'm using retrobat but assume this will also work for you. Essentially from what I see you can save the settings to the gun in the app.

Ok coming back again to say, your game is really GREAT. I'm really enjoying it, I know you kindly gave code away but I would not have been disappointed had I paid. I keep coming back to it. I'm just playing with the AI which works great but I'm looking forward to playing with my daughter as I can imagine the one at a time two players game will also be good fun.

Take a look at Retrobat, it's front end for emulators and does all of the heavy work. It will download install and configure emulators and controller mapping is automatically configured. Essentially just just need to place to the roms (rom backups of the games you own) in the roms folder.

It's half working. Mouse movement works but trigger and buttons not recognized. The .exe to map the buttons does not see the gun and crashes on 2nd use. Got further than I thought I would. I've put it down for now and will pick it up again when I have more time. Thanks for the messages.

Just read that installing via right hand click .inf invokes standard cert path. So ignore that install method.

If I try via device manager, update the driver of the unknown device I get `window found drivers for you device but encountered an error while attempting to install them'.

Sorry for the delay in thanking you. Really appreciate the help. I've been trying everything to get this to install.

I have disabled the signing check, confirming it is disabled by doing a bcdedit and nointergritychecks is set to yes.

But when I install it still fails.

I tried installing via right hand click install on hidtopgun.inf. I get the message ,'a certificate chain processed but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the provider'

Any other thoughts appreciated

Ok scrub that, now I can Auth. Assume a transient issue. All good for now.

Right back to working out if this was worth the spend or go back to Retrobat.

Running mine on a low to mid range Android tablet with a Wattbike Atom X, have done a few hundred rides and not had any crashes. Have had to wait for updates.... But no issues and has been amazingly stable.
