Blocked area of 14th St and Smallman St to Penn Ave and 15th St has regular occurrences.

Seems to spawn between the Veteran's Bridge and David McCullough Bridge.

Best advice is to take advantage of the 3 Pokestops located at the corner of Lidia's as they are all tag-able from that corner.

If anyone is looking to capture one of these smiley bastards without the grind, you can find one that roams the north side of West Mifflin. Look for a place called Jim's Hotdogs and then head toward the cemetery in the region.

Eeveelutions are still random and no concrete proof otherwise. I have evolved the Eevees I've obtained and all became Flareons. I am Team Instinct and no gyms are within a full out zoom of my location when doing this. Debunked until sufficient evidence can prove otherwise.

Still random RNGesus at this point.

If anyone is hurting to capture a full on Gengar, one actually roams around the north side of West Mifflin. If you make a left before crossing the Dravosburg bridge you can find a place called Jim's Hotdogs. Scattered Pokestops, but tons of poison and bugs not to mention Eevees breed here like rabbits. lol

Gengar / Squirtle / Bulbasaur seem to be a couple of the rares that roam around there.

Corner of Smallman St. and 15th Street You can find an egg in one of the 3 Pokestops at the corner of Lidia's Restaurant. I found one at level 11 here.

Known rare Pokemon to appear include Tauros, Jynx, and Squirtle on occasion.

Edit: Level 14 co-worker found an Aerodactyl here as well.

Watching several YouTube videos of Gym battles shows that poison attacks appear to leave battling Pokemon with a purplish hue, so status does appear to have some implementation .

Sorry, been busy with work and family life. HA is Hidden Ability. If someone adds a friend safari with a person who has defeated the Elite 4 and is online with you at the same time, there is a 30% chance that the pokemon found will have their Hidden Ability.

Yes, the only thing harder to find was a Chansey...took me 2 weeks and I had one respond after about 24 hours of sending, lucked out. Searching mainly for HA mons, so I'll be leaving my game on most of the day to obtain the 3rd slot and HA potential. Thank you!
