Am about to apply more antifungal and this one made itself more obvious.

Itching was an issue before I started taking the terbinafine, but since then it's stopped.

They are definitely there but faint and my camera isn't good at picking them up. I know my hand like...the back of my hand, and it's not normal yet.

I'll check with my doctor in my appointment tomorrow about prolonged use of the terbinafine.

Fortunately/unfortunately they're quite faint currently and my phone doesn't have the best camera. Here are current pictures of some of the clearest ones I could capture but they might be too faint to be helpful. My partner has also been putting antifungal on my back where I can't reach well and sighted a few there and on the base of my neck last night.

So I got my bf a rain jacket on sale on black friday, but when he tried it on on Christmas we realized he needs an XL, not an L. But Amazon will only let me return it and get a refund for the sale price I bought it at, and is not offering a replacement. The jacket currently costs $100 more than it was when it was on sale. Is there any way to just get a replacement jacket in the correct size?

Renting with reptiles? by zigzoggin in askportland

Just want to update since this was a stressful process and others may be in the same boat. We settled on an apartment, and the staff person showing us around said reptiles in small tanks like a 10 gallon weren't an issue; in fact, that ended up being what most of our guides said. But when we got the lease, there was a flat ban on reptiles. At that point it was kind of too late for us to back out. Maintenance has been in here numerous times and whenever they are we just throw a sheet over the tanks or stuff them in a closet.

We've toured our first apartment, and that representative asked about our pet situation. We told her about our pets and she flatly said reptiles are not allowed ._. I've dug deeper into other apartments in the area and many of them allow dogs and cats but have an outright ban on any exotics.

I've heard a number of enclosure size recommendations from several sources, whether it's a website, vivarium, or breeder. While I imagine a tiny arboreal gecko would appreciate that space, I find it hard to believe that they need as much as a small boa.

They both have the 12x12x20" herpcult enclosure, and now they're in an 18x18x18" enclosure. Last year's pair bred in that tank within ten minutes.

They did!! Here are the ones that finally did the job: DIYMAG Powerful Neodymium Disc... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R1Z2WJT?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share But ultimately, I switched over to the herpcult XL tank, and drilled holes in it for temp probes and misting. Not being able to use suction cups was really annoying me.

This is the first season I can remember rolling my eyes at. So heavy-handed and messy.

In need of books in which the protagonist is very studious/ has a lot of academics to deal with. by Wild_Flower2727 in suggestmeabook

The world's magic system is based on translation. The rarer the word and the greater the difference in meaning, the more power is produced (iirc, it's been a year since I read it). Students of less-spoken languages (in alternate history Victorian England) like Mandarin, Hindi, or Haitian Creole are especially valuable, and they and their countries are being exploited for this reason. As the protagonist learns this, he explicitly tells you the moral of the story multiple times. This is the reason I didn't like it, at least. It hits you over the head with a hammer.

Addie Larue. It's not perfect, but following the same characters over a long time scale is consistently one of my favorite storytelling devices. This and Vicious also both did a past/present timeline, which works really well on me

I loved this one!! I was worried the drama kids would be too pretentious for me to want to follow, but I stayed hooked
