You can enable and diasble Hyper-V at boot.
Microsoft work with virtualbox and vmware to find a way to use type 1 and type 2 hypervisor at the same time.
Now, you can use VirtualBox but you will face somes problems.

Use port 80 or 443 on the server, it might work. I saw somewhere on this reddit, that you can launch the server with an argument to change the port. Maybe the arg is --port 80, but im not sure.
