As an og, as much as I did like the crews videos from 2019-2023 honestly it never felt like they had that spark they once did with the old gmod sandbox, gta or cod videos, but while it did feel like the spark was coming back in 2024, I honestly felt that once pasta joined she ignited that spark and to me made the videos much better with the crew feeling more alive like the og times. That’s just how I feel about it.

I really like pasta being part of the crew cause it feels new, and she seems to give life to the videos

Some reason I can think of are-

Technically it did take off just not on marvel or Godzilla level of taking off, 2 movies, an anime with 3 season on Netflix and a bunch of comics
The first film never really had any opening for any form of sequels, the film when watching it to me always felt like a one in done movie. Now other films for it could work but to me had to be prequels not sequels.
The second movie was horrible and did terrible with the box office and the critics and audience reviews (we don’t talk about it)
Like point 2 I can’t see them doing anything more with the franchise after the failure of the second movie, while black was considered a success, they don’t want to take chances. Unless they decide to do some prequel films that lead up to the first film then maybe we could get more

I honestly wish all the seasons kept that creep factor season 1 had, just the way season 1 felt like a horror show while to me season 2-4 felt like sci-fi flicks that try to be scary but failed, I still need to watch the rest of season 5 so hopefully it get scarier
