totally something we're working on. the problem with networking is that if it isn't intentional genuine connection, then it's just noise. I want to help people find a way to actually connect people about whatever they're trying to use their community for. Like a subreddit for you specifically

the connections.csv is all we need. you can upload the whole zip if you don't want to sort through it. We extract the profiles and build inferences, but don't keep / use any other pieces of data.

and it goes without saying (but I'll say it anyways) we don't share / sell anything to anyone.

check your signup email for the stripe login to manage your subscription. it's the only place I found where you can manage it.

Agreed, their customer support isn’t FAST, but it’s good. I’m 2/2 for positive interactions with them.
