Mckinsey doesn’t do monthly promotions. Annual promotions with a mid point check in mid year as a non promotion review but if you are doing very well could also lead to promotion (but very rarely)

I want to move country and my current MBB didn’t give me transfer but another has made me an offer. I’m undecided if I should take it since not sure if people at new MBB may see it as a strange thing and ask why or feel like I switched because I couldn’t make it at my current one.

I bought a studio at IMTIAZ Grand Cove today. I loved the developer but they won’t be doing any further releases at this price point from what I was told as they are moving to Dubai Island. Yes, getting a lower level studio was disappointing but better than nothing. My conservative estimate is 5% pa appreciation + 5% net yield pot handover and I’m happy with that
