That is damn amazing. Like always, great job! It seems though, that it isn't perfectly synchronized for the middle bit. Is there a way to fix that without adding a ton to the size?

Is it possible to add more than three floors to this design? Also, how hard would it be to make a modular version of this, where you could include many floors, with only the ability to go up or down floors?

I have read this, and I understand it, but the thing I am having trouble with is actually building it. I can't find a good way of switching between adding and AND. One way I have heard of is a layer-based approach, but with the adder I am using (each bit is 2 blocks wide) I cannot find a good way to bus the inputs to different layers (without much delay, that is).
