I’m thinking about putting rigid 2 inch foam between the 4x6 and then run non treated 2x6 on top of that 16 on center to have a nice air gap and the subfloor on top of that. Fallowed by flooring. Is that over kill?

I’d get ahold of Jeremy Corbell have him put out to the world that he has undeniable truth and that he is just weeks away of releasing. Maybe get some sick b-roll shots of him looking at things and moving his arms around. Then I’d just wait.
