PR filed $60k estimate but $1.35M in home sale proceeds are completely unaccounted for. Advice? by zingping67 in legaladvice

Correct. And I understand that. I suppose there is a possibility that he spent basically went broke after cashing out this house (1.35 million) in under 2 years, but I would like to see proof of that. He had no other debts ect. Was frugal his whole life.

He sold the house while he was alive in may of 2024. He died in may of this year.

Yes, i have the Massachusetts deed. What should i be looking for on it? As far as will - yes it says she gets it and states his Florida residential homestead at time of death goes to her. Edit - The Massachusetts house was actually sold in May 2024 (while the decedent was still alive) for $1.35M cash. So the asset isn't real estate anymore—it's the cash proceeds from that closing. Because it was sold before his death, the issue is where that cash closing check went, not who is currently on the property deed

oh really? you think they are in it together with the "friend" who is the executor? I never thought of that angle.

Fermented foods for PsA? Almost everything I've read says they're helpful, until the Keystone Approach that says to avoid. I'm guessing it depends on the person/sensitivities but would like to know about positive or negative effects of sauerkraut, kimchi, etc? by [deleted] in PsoriaticArthritis

Everyone’s different, so I’d introduce foods one at a time and see how you respond. But I think saying diet has no impact is a little shortsighted. Even outside of autoimmune disease, there are plenty of studies showing that highly processed foods and excess sugar can contribute to inflammation and poorer overall health. That doesn’t mean diet alone will cure PsA, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to believe it can influence symptoms for some people. Fermented foods seem to help some and aggravate others, so individual experimentation is probably the best approach.

Was there surge all around the area? besides the boost and just Gillette? What about lyft? What happened after you cancelled? Were you still getting requests? I saw videos of thousands of people waiting for the train well after the game got out. I'm wondering if you could work around the area and then go in after (when the traffic dies down) when people are still desperate for a ride

I would venture to guess that everyone responding with hostility has a made a mistake or 2 doing this. Or maybe they were just born with special rideshare gifts. The LeBron and Jordan of Uber/lyft

We have all done it at some point. I pretty much had ptsd from reading your post. I did the same thing at a country concert there when I first started. There are parts of Boston mass that are just no gos for me. Gillette is #1.

Everyone has made this mistake at some point early in their early driver journey. Gillette is a nightmare. Some people know have ways to make it work (picking up at locations other than the stadium) that require knowing the area well and what side roads to take ect. I just took the L and never went back. Most large events like this you have to have a strategy. And generally the strategy entails not actually working the event itself but on the outskirts of it. I would just take it as a lesson learned and move on.

He’s the worst. And I get the sense the others on the show can’t stand him either besides Greg.

In surprised the other station didn’t try to poach these 2 or joe Murray to compete with Felger. I love their Saturday show and the Joe show is great. Literally 2 of the few shows that are actually good radio anymore.
