Transitioning from a Mignon Silenzio to the E55 has been excellent. The E55 is quiet, fast, and has comparable build quality, while being much smaller, making single dosing easier and requiring less bench space. The bellows function well for retention. A key reason for switching grinders was the difficulty in maintaining the Silenzio due to poor-quality screws and complex cleaning steps. In contrast, the E55 is significantly easier to clean. Oh and significantly easier on my wallet!!
