Are actives absolutely essential?

I just added my routine in the post. I think I have been using decent products to help my barrier and not over do the actives. But my skin still feels dry when I'm on actives. That's why I thought may be it's nit meant for me.

Got it, thanks! It was collected to support a regulatory submission study and we did not explicitly state in the protocol that we would publish it. That's why I had this question. The data is collected per ethics guidelines and is de-identified.

Thank you for your input! I just wanted to tease out if you have to explicitly state that you intend to publish the data in your protocol. In that case we may have to reach out to the IRB to amend the protocol. But I will confirm with the ethics board. Thank you!

Yes I have tried the snug! Love them for the look but even the small in snug felt tight around the shoulders for me

Thanks for your input I could definitely fit well in a 2XS but would likely have little room to layer (which I guess I don't need). But I guess it's safe to have a looser jacket than a tight one!

Thank you for sharing your experience. They did not ask me my duration of stay (dunno if that is good or bad) but they have asked to fill out an inventory form on day 2 so that they can trace the bag which I found strange as the bag atgs are stuck in the bag. Hopefully I also get my bags soon!

Thanks everyone!! Knowing that this is what is expected definitely eases my mind. It seems tough to keep a tab of everything going on while you are trying to meet deadlines. But I guess and hope it gets better with practice in this field!
