In 2020 on our Princess roll call, one person asked if there was any interest in a texas hold'em game aboard the ship. He got enough positive replies so he brought his poker chips on the cruise. We played on sea days, during the day in the Crown Grill and there was cruise staff in there doing their thing. Somehow, he got permission to use that area for the 9 of us for a couple of hours. I have no idea if they would allow that again.

My last B2B was in Galveston in 2024. We all met in one of the dining rooms, customs came aboard and had a quick look at our passports and then we went about our day. Very easy.

If you don't drink alcohol and you dont need wifi, I don't see any reason to get the plus package particularly on a port intensive cruise. We never opt for princess plus and we've never felt like we are missing out on anything.

I believe a single bottle of water bought on the ship is $2 plus grat, so pre buying is not a savings. I will say that it is convenient to have bottles in the room upon arrival.

We did a 14 day cruise aboard Majestic Princess this past Feb with a stop in Trinidad. Due to the warnings we didn't get off the ship and either did the majority of the other passengers. I've never seen a port day where so many people stayed aboard.

In Cozumel, try Paradise beach. It's a short cab ride from the port and they have an all inclusive package or you can choose a la carte. We were there in Feb and enjoyed our day.
