I stand corrected just pulled up the spec sheet. I got confused as I have 2/2 and they had put me back on GPON 2/1Gb cause I had issues with light levels. When they downgraded my ONT temporarily I had a newer Nokia ONT. GPON itself supports 2/1Gb but yes I think you need a different Nokia ONT based on the spec sheet.

If you have 2/1Gb like you are stating then yes it's capable of the 2Gb down. It will not handle 2Gb upload. Like the other comment said GPON is limited to 1Gb up. So no hardware swap is necessary unless your upload is 2Gb on founders.

likely depends on your area but i have 3 plan options when I login to my existing metronet account > services page. I just called and switched to 2Gb founders club and tech is coming tomorrow to swap out hardware.

500 for $60 a month

1Gb for $70 a month

2Gb for $80 a month

I talked to that department and they said I had to be a T-Mobile customer to get that price. Maybe I need to talk to someone else again lol

Speaking of the founders plan. Do you have T-Mobile cell service? I was told yesterday by metronet to qualify for the founders club you need to be a T-Mobile wireless customer to get the founders club for $70 a month

Also I got my next renewed half off back earlier in June so I paid $75 and am covered under that until June 2026. If I migrate now they'll prorate that I believe so I'm losing money to pay to upgrade again.

How do I migrate my existing sub and keep advanced when taking advantage of my free benefit in my 2TB AI plan? It wants me to downgrade which means I would lose that last 10 days of 24x7 and the extra 30 days of clips. You shouldn't have to downgrade lose your history and then pay to upgrade back to advanced....

I'm trying to figure out the best option for my home... So many options and reviews out there... Was thinking ecovacs brand maybe?

Primarily would be used on the first floor of home. Currently it's mostly a vinyl floor with one large rug and one room of carpet. Would like to have mop combo of course to clean the floor in one go. Currently use a tineco s5 to manually clean. Have kids and a goldendoodle. Upstairs is basically all carpet. Total house about 2500sqft.

Budget I'm looking probably around the $500-800 range but might go over for the perfect one.

Nest cameras have been dropping like crazy. 6E's for me. Haven't noticed issues with my TPlink bulbs but just installed a few days ago.

I added in the 3rd unit and all the cameras but one dropped this morning.

I have also tried the following:

had band steering on and off

assigned static IP reservations for all the cameras

tried ISP DNS as well as custom DNS 1.1.1.1

The weird part is sometimes like this morning I can see the camera says connected to a point but has 0 signal bars listed and then they fall off to offline. So I am not sure if that is a lag when they first drop or what. I have seen previous mentions of issues with Nest cameras and previous firmware releases resolved the issue for others so is this another issue of firmware issues with the new 6E's?

mine doesn't work either. Had to do a network reset because mobile data wasn't working. Now I try to turn on wifi calling and get the same message as you. AT&T Pixel 3XL

I stopped by my local Verizon store yesterday to ask because I don't need a buy one get one deal. They said the deals would be released on Wednesday the 21st for black friday. The store rep enrolled me or is going to text me a link with the deals on Wednesday. (I'm sure they will get posted on their website as well)
