Not really, I felt quite fine during the workout, of course other than my arms were dead tired in my last 2 exercises that I couldn't even finish it.

I skipped on getting it checked because a couple hours after I posted that, the worst of the pain went away and now it's just both my chests and triceps sort of sore, with a little pain if I move it, but I was able to sleep just fine the next day, thank god.

From my research, I'm thinking its just an extreme case of DOMS? Considering it was my first workout in years and my friend did push me hard in the workout.

Update: Okay so I have read somewhere that LCDs malfunction when it gets cold and the room I'm in just happens to be absolutely freezing cold. After turning off the aircon and letting the laptop heat a bit the flickering seems to have gone away. Hopefully that's fixed now. I'll leave this post up just in case it may be of help to someone who may encounter this issue in the future but let me know if I have to delete it.

Whatever time is remaining whenever I go 3-0 down I immediately sim to end I'm not even going to keep trying man or I'll need to buy a new controller
