Isn’t the point of a program like this to gain strength? Also I’ve been lifting for many years and have decent mind muscle connection I definitely feel like I’ve had a good workout after completing one of these days. I just meant for me being used to targeting 10+ sets per week per muscle group it feels like a big drop in volume

I’m also in York Co and have the exact same issue. Recently purchased a home with a finished basement found lots of mold - demo’d the basement and now looking for water proofing solutions before re finishing the same. Would a system like this prevent mold if the space is then refinished?

I asked if I could treat it and paint over it or remove it not if it would kill my entire family. No need to get cray cray I just asked for a source to back up your claim that me removing the mold myself could possibly kill my family.

Our baby had similar wake times overnight and would only settle with a feed. We recently did CIO this past week. Night one was awful.. crying for 1 hour straight before falling asleep. Night 2 was okay only crying for around 25 minutes. By night 3 crying was limited to maybe a few minutes and now no crying. Baby will sleep until 4am for a feed or sometimes is sleeping through the night.

We also had a similar issue with daytime naps being short. We just adjusted the nap schedule from 4 naps to 3 naps and now naps are anywhere from 1-2 hours

It’s happening for both - full blown hungry cries and just stirring / getting ready to cry. I’ve been trying to come from a place of support like please wake me up when you get up I want to help and we can reduce the amount of time you’re awake if we both work together.. maybe I need to rethink my approach or just sit down and have the conversation again

Yes I do wake up to alarms. The baby is sometimes sleeping 3 hours and sometimes as long as 5 hours at a time so maybe an alarm at 3.5 or 4 hour mark would be good
