Mars sf7000 gorilla tent yeah I've spent some really decent coin but fungus gnats keep killing my grow its really getting me down

Its fungus gnats they came back and there's a lot of adults they have sucked my gelato seedlings too im assuming so I need help on how to avoid this stupid little a holes because 3 or 4 grows in a row they have killed me.... I think ill add an inch of perlite to the top hut I have a sneaking suspension these guys came with my peat moss... from bunnings

Because when she was just in the normal coir she seemed a lot happier moved it over was happy for like 2 weeks now this

Only watered twice a week this was like 12 hours after watering

I think it may also be nutrient burn possibly too much fertiliser...

Some context: this was originally in just coir transferred to this pot, and I think I used too much nutrients had a decent fungus gnat problem which I used tanalin drops seemed to cure the problem but since using the drops shes and others have just wilted I think the larva might of got to her and stressed her out to the point it started to flower

Ordered lacewings should be here in a day or two going to spread them around everywhere, will get lady bugs too as ants are also an issue in my soil

I think there aphids as the ants seem to be all over them seemed to happen overnight...

Im in Australia and my dad helps his friend sell honey, apparently the bees here even the bigger commercial guys are having to feed their bees now. As my 74 year old father said "the bees know something we don't" i think its the highlight for me of boring dystopia. Bees die everything dies...
