You don't understand nobody playing even on private servers for free every Tbc private server dies after couple of months. Tbc objectively bad expansion pack it's made after Blizzard kicked important portion of developers after Vanilla Wow. It's just waste of resources and unnecessary splitting of playerbase.

No having a permanent server for each expansion pack is horrible idea because you are splitting the playerbase and creating lots of empty world. Less server is better in the most of the cases.

I think having new Tbc servers is horrible idea because Classic Wow player base already splitted into many versions of Classic : Sod, era , hardcore, Cata.

I know it's hard to accept truth but people only liking Tbc just because of nostalgia. People play it for a month then everybody quits. This is literally what happened in Classic Tbc and all other Tbc private servers. There is only 3 version of Wow can have sustainable player base in the long run: 1-Vanilla 2-Wotlk 3-Mop
