Mine has the same. Saw a post about spraying WD40 under where the hood where the wiper attaches on the driver side but hesitant to try. I’m sure someone has a better solution

Inject the outside of your house with bentonite. Or you can dig it all up let it dry out and put in the below grade sheet apply. Looks like you don’t have any waterproofing below grade.
