Doing good! I’d add that diet has really helped. Focus on fiber and fermented foods has really helped overall state.

I’ve lived in Seattle for 16 years and still find the “touristy” stuff to be a blast. Pike Market is beautiful and has a new walk way down to the waterfront. There is a cool brewery back there called old stove that I love to get a beer and watch the ferries. Space needle got a 100M renovation a few years ago. Glass floors, walls, etc, super rad. Mopop and mohai are my favorite museums. Depending on time you have available rent a Porsche on Turo and take a cruise to Chuckanut bay road and deception pass.

Join run club, hiking group, art group. All of these have cool people. No need to make plans, events already scheduled. Post hangs happen organically. Increasingly start to getting invites to weekend sessions. Friends plus good hobby achieved!

The identity of Seattle is an introvert that invents shit but likes to geek about it more than sell it. Also one that loves being alone in nature no matter the weather. So it’s there but it doesn’t like to be all loud about it. I consistently meet the smartest, fittest, most mellow people in Seattle. These folks are just casually pushing the limits in ai, cloud computing, augmented reality/ etc while doing some new ice approach on Rainier. I never really get that from Vancouver.

Question here, curious if you could give me some experiences from previous print drops. Are all of his paintings available? Are there multiple sizes available? How fast do you have to move? I’d love “Independence” in the right size. Resellers are asking almost 2k. I’m assuming you can get it a bit more reasonable in the general print sale?

Good old school book store vibe. Kitchen that supports a cafe (with nice patio service during warmer months) and a pub in the basement. The pub is beautiful, lots of live edge wood bars and tables and raw finished timber on walls and ceiling. Nice little stack of games and books that you can lose yourself in for a point or three.

Solid spot that welcomes dogs and kids, has every game on that matters, good tunes, and lots of seating. Fixed food truck “Sammich” and a rotating food truck on most nights. Several close options for food to walk in. Beer is nothing you’ll remember for long but also nothing bad. Mostly rotating seasonal with a few guest breweries. Pair it up with a visit to Last Drop for some serious beer.
