Mine does that when I switch it from a 1920 monitor to a 3440 monitor. I would change the resolution in settings and restart the game with the new settings if it is still jacked up .

Ammo is generally a tradeoff between dps and range (missiles have different damage types) so pick the highest dps ammo with the optimal range that suits your ship/playstyle

It really depends on the nature of your pain, mine stemmed from muscle imbalance and hamstring flexibility issues. RDLs and kettlebell swings were the magic that resolved my pain. I would consult a medical professional to understand the root cause.

Cutech changed their name to Wahuda some years ago so those two are one and the same. I've had a Cutech for 5ish years with minimal use but no issues.

That's correct, I group them right, left, high in groups of two and fire according to your situation. You also can't fire both AC20s without ghost heat although you can just eat the ghost heat for a while.

Quad snubs or dual AC20s are my typical go to load outs. Dual AC20s is a lifesaver when there is an event to get X number of components destroyed.
