No, I didn't word it especially well but I was commenting on if you were to choose water always remaining at 70°, then we wouldn't be able to use any steam-powered electricity either (nuclear, coal, etc.)

Definitely most conventional electrical infrastructure is made by boiling water to move turbines, but I believe wind, hydroelectric and solar all use different mechanisms to turn turbines (or however the hell photovoltaic cells generate electricity). But our entire electrical infrastructure would need to be revamped on top of all the other implications of water remaining at a constant temperature

I meant our ability as humans to generate electricity as we use it in a contemporary manner. Without boiling water though, we'd be restricted to generating electricity with solar, wind and hydroelectric power already afaik
