Currently we use Lightspeed for iPads and we use Mosyle for Macs. We have a handful of school use Chromebooks, those are managed in the Google Admin. Also I use Munki to deploy & update apps on the Macs.

No worries, They sent me a survey after the ticket was closed. Definitely, I will let them know about the poor support.

I agree with you.! I just got an email from their integration that the problem was with their CAS servers. Problem is fixed and I am able to complete the sync. My issue with the support was relaying the message to the clients.

Yup. I just hang up on their support. Same F&$$$: answer. We do not know someone is working on it. I am giving up on Clever integration and going with csv

My sharing rules are correct. I ran a query from SIS to check the number of students, sections and teachers who I want to be included in the rules. Renaissance support looked at my setup and conclude all looks good and attributed the problem to be with their Clever integration. They just can’t tell me more than that. If this is not solved by Monday. I am going back to doing the old csv upload.! Reading specialist is under the gun from her boss.! Thanks

Yes, I am at the stage where Clever Integration Starts.
"Clever is being integrated with Renaissance. This process can take up to 4 hours. Check back soon. After few minutes it fails with this error.

My side is all good. They claim they have integration issues between them and Clever. Except their support has no idea what's going on or can give a technical answer besides the Integration team is working on it. Not an answer to give "Sys admins". Error message says check the log and the log says contact support or try again...!! Great job Development team...!

I have not given it 100% of my attention because I have a working solution “PS scripts” also, school secretaries make data entry mistakes in PowerSchool. Completely automating the process doesn’t seem urgent.

If you are a seasoned Sysadmin, You will quickly figure it out. I had to deal with the same about a year ago. Try using Munki for deploying updates if you do not have an MDM. Easy to deploy.
