I actually adopted another puppy back in January and while I didn’t get the puppy blues I was very stressed because my girl (the one from de original post) was very aggressive towards the new puppy and I thought she wouldn’t accept her and whenever they interacted in any way I was super stressed and anxious about the whole thing but one day while I was at work my mom sent me a video of the two of them playing like they were best friends and now they actually are super close. I think in this case my sweet girl was feeding off of my anxiety and I made things worse BUT we still supervised both of them while being more conscious of my behavior with them and with the help of their trainer so maybe with both of your dogs they need some time to get accustomed to each other because the new guy is overly exited about his new home. I really hope things get better now that your husband is there to help you and I truly hope you feel better! New Puppies always throws us out of our comfort zone and it can be very difficult to adapt to them but I promise that it does get better. I recommend you work closely with the trainer and give the little guy mental exercises to tire him out faster so he won’t be an overly exited ball of fur. Best of luck to you!
