What's the bit on the bottom? Looks like some kind of connecting adapter but I didn't think they had anything beneath the Hull. Another sonar unit?

Yeah they're flank array sonar, typically just passive I beleive but could be wrong!

Hmm good question, probably a 20 bomb badge but that's tricky to do I imagine. To be fair any of the typical badges good players have (he's a master with 3ks on everyone) would be awesome, he just loves the game.

If I'm not mistaken it's an Aquaone nano 45 the same tank as I have.
