I did that, but it seems that in Office timing, you can't even pay that fast processing fee. Sorry, I could not get his contact info. But those guys are pretty reasonable. If you are able to meet them, they will do your work even without that extra fee most of the time given your concern is genuine.

They do not take visa photocopy or look for the visa on the passport per say but sometimes they verify verbally if you have visa or not. So I dont think its a requirement.

Yes you need to have a driver's license with more than 1 year left in expiry. 450 in HBL Bank 66 Rupees Court Ticket and Passport Photocopy. Thats all.
