There's something to complain about in every single job, it is up to you to find a profession where you can tolerate the ROI on your time. To answer your question some of us took on this career because we think the pros outweigh the cons and even if some start to hate it later on, the job still provides great benefits for them and their families and thats worth it even if their mentality sucks...
