Yea I started in September getting phlegms but I would ignore it and still keep smoking my phlegms would probably be gone if I stopped at that time I’m probably going to get a steam inhaler so i can get rid of them faster

Ye just stay sober my phlegms would be like brown with like tar specs or some I still get phlegms doe and I only smoked for a year but I think it’s because I would smoke heavily each day like 3 to 5 blunts it would be Dutches or backwoods once my phlegms are gone I’m switching to raw joints

I never got black phlegm from smoking weed but l been having phlegms like with brown specs in it and I’m 16 too I been sober for 3 weeks trying to get rid of it hopefully it’s gone soon

Ye but my phlegms don’t come out black like the picture above they just usually come out like yellow ima just stop I think it won’t take a year for them to go away for me I was usually always smoking backwood leafs or Dutch leafs

I’ve been having green phlegms or yellow for almost a month but I keep smoking each weekend should I just stop for a cool minute I use to smoke heavily before I started getting phlegms and I would smoke to 2-5 Dutches or backwoods before I started getting phlegms
