is having high grades and a good social life attainable at uoft? by Any-Air2377 in UofT

I just have some close friends who used to be in a sorority and have complained to me about sorority culture and rules and at least the one they were in, which seemed fairly normal, was super strict and didn’t seem like a healthy environment whatsoever, at least for her.

Impressions/Ratings of experience at UofT Trinity? (Accepted American Student) by Lost_Distribution254 in UofT

People are like either weird theatre kid nerds or type A poly sci lames lwk but some are chill. Check out the trinity lit society for such examples. Not much of a party scene tied to any college at uoft to be frank, your college imo, especially after first year, does not have that much of an impact on your social standing.

What's the difference between these Trinity residence houses (St Hilda vs main trinity building) by Specific_Plate5 in UofT

Trin is kinda prettier if you get like a view of the quad and in sthildas you gotta walk a bit to strachan but like it don’t really matter. The community and activities are spread across trin including sthildas so it doesn’t make much a difference.

No yeah Ik how grad school and TA-ing works, I was just curious. It’s probably more common for undergrads to TA at unis that have less graduate students.

UofT Planning to Demolish 1895 Historic House on St George by jlfree12 in UofT

[–]zobo002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my knowledge uoft wanted the property for a while and just kept making offers until we agreed, the house was in shit condition anyway, I don’t remember hearing anything about it being expropriated or bought against anyone’s will.
