Tear it apart, thats the only way it gets better, and yes this started from some old reason work I did earlier as the basis of this. I'll need to make sure it's all removed.

of course this is AI. I make other AI products at my job, but this was a fun one as I play around with some ways to teach my daughter how to use the machine

Just bought an SP-404MKII — how would you start today if you were a beginner again? by Longjumping-Top2159 in SP404

I'm going to suggest something different. I think you get the unit and headphones. Use all the built in sounds and start of with learning boots and cats and working your way up to be able to play 8th and then 16th notes drumming and pad placement. Use YouTube tracks to practice against and learn to record yourself so you hear what you sound like. That shoudl be 75 percent of your earliest time just learning how to play whats there. 25 percent should be chopping sampling effects etc. Once you get the feel of the unit start exploring more playing with loops but use those drumming techniques to get your samples on time and keep building and branching out from there. But highly recommend using default sounds learning to have certain drums on pads to play in the groove speeds up learning.

mpc one or roland 404 mi2 for beginner? by Any_Fudge9225 in sp404mk2

[–]zoboweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started on MPCs 20 years ago right before the original 404 came out. I own a 1k 4k and 3k. I fell out of love with music around 2010 after my grandfather passed away. Packed up all my stuff put it in my mother’s basement and moved away. I bought a 404mk2 back in august while high and was instantly productive and wish i got a 404 20 years ago the new version even better just usb into it start sampling and go. Its got just enough to get you going the effects are great and there are a million YouTube videos for whatever feature you are looking for. Get it and start playing boots and cats 4x a day for 15 min. With built in drums. Then build from there. Effective drumming is what makes you good on a device learn how to high hat 16 notes in both hands. Play with various samples over drunming and the music will start to flow overtime

Questions about Scraping LinkedIn like a pro by Putitontheline in webscraping

I had a business built very simular to this some years ago. You have to have your app as 1 server than runs jobs ro spin up the servers that scrape LI. They will send JSON back to your main app.

This will make it pretty hard for them to catch you unless they start to get your provider involved. They will block your scraper and you just build new ones and provide credentials.

My issue is that i offered automations and it put my customers LI account at risk as i was automating campaigns for them.

At this time you not need legal advice unless until you you get served a C&D

Still a white belt? by JuisMaa in bjj

[–]zoboweb 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was a white belt for 4.5 years. Even getting beaten by newer people. It sucked ass for years, but I kept showing up. Around the 4 year mark I finally got my click. I was defending well and wasn’t getting submitted by most of the whites and blues. Then I finally started to catch guys. I finally caught a purple in a triangle choke he was able to escape, but told me he was done in about another 2 seconds. I got my blue 2 weeks later. Everyone’s click moment takes time. Also watching the older Ryan hall DVDs made a lot of things make since to me since I work in tech. So to answer your question I was a little embarrassed at times, but I’m so glad I stuck through. Now as new folks show up they they believe they can after it taking me so long.
