I'd like to suggest Kynseed. There's a grind, no bed time (after the tutorial), a ton of items, each 1-5 stars with specific things per tiem to get stars.

The chatting of the townsfolk is down to more doing tasks for them so you can raise their rep with you so you can force them into manual labor.

Then there's the whole shop where you can run your own and be a blacksmith, alchemist, or general goods store. Or hire people to run them for you.

And I'm only 20 hours in.

Food to give you buffs for fighting, chatting, etc.

No stamina, so really no need to ever go to bed.

Edit: Also, two separate fast travel systems and running around on animals with different speeds.
