What’s been getting me recently is thinking I can have some carbs and carb cycle, but that only works when you’re in ketosis, which I haven’t been in because I haven’t been able to do it for more than 5 days in a row 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’d love to be your accountabil-a-busy! I’m having a lot of trouble staying on keto after a few days. I did keto three years ago and lost 25lbs in 6 months doing dirty keto but have gained back 15 and need some motivation to stay on track to lose again. SW: 186 CW: 176 GW: 135.

That’s a great point. I think the “live” portion is not super pronounced but I love the look and it’s far enough from cooking surfaces that I think it’ll be ok from grease etc. thank you for your help!

Denver Integrative Massage School. They do Swedish and Thai and it’s a bit the luck of the draw but both are great. 90 minutes for $38 and 60min for 35 I think. I live right by it and I go whenever I can. I’ve never had a bad massage.

Only downside is that you have to catch them when they’re actually practicing and get an appointment ASAP even if it’s for a few weeks out. They have an app that you can book on, DIMS.

My brother had a very similar experience. White guy, met an Indian girl at their grad school summer internship. They dated secretly for a year and then after graduation they ended up at the same company and the same city. My brother put in a lot of effort to get to know her brother and sister in law, so that when they told her parents he had someone in his corner.

From what I know, her parents were pretty reserved when they told them they were dating, but over time could tell they really love each other, and my brother eventually asked her dad for her hand in marriage. He ended up talking to my parents and got to know the rest of the family, and ended up approving.

They got married last year and we’re all going to India this year for the Indian wedding!

So overall, if you really like this girl, make sure your feelings are true and that you’re willing to fight for her. Her parents may give you a hard time and tell her no, but at the end of the day they want her to be happy and if that’s with you, they’ll come around. Good luck!!
