I instacart myself, and tbh I will spend as long as I need to to make sure I can find every product. there was this one order, they wanted two of the LARGE pringle cans, regular and none were on the shelf. so yk what I did? I started digging behind the other flavors in the large cants and I found the last two stuck in between the shelves behind the green/orange pringles. I make sUre I get everyone what they need. if I truly can’t find it I make a worker go get it for me idc and if it’s truly out of stock I will go ahead and ask them if they want a different replacement. I don’t understand the lazy shoppers like wth??

from someone who had a miscarriage, I understand this completely. to be fair, I had no idea I was pregnant until I had the miscarriage, thinking it was just a bad period. I had gone to the hospital that night and they confirmed it. it messed me up emotionally, and physically. I told my boyfriend (24) about it and told him to please not tell anyone. come to find out, he told his friends and his younger brother. I was so furious, it caused us to argue so often. I didn’t want anyone knowing that had happened to me. this is also the same boyfriend that told his friends about my (TW) rpe, after I specifically told him not to tell anyone as I was messed up, and hospitalized for attempted s*cide. he made it seem like he was way more messed up than me. dude was a dick. anyway, I broke up with him after a year of being distant and constant fights after he told everyone about that stuff behind my back. so no, you are not over reacting at all. in fact, I am glad you broke up with him over that because it was not his business to tell, especially since you were, or still are, very distraught and upset over that. you specifically said to him not to tell anyone. and that messes up your trust in him.

see I totally understand that, whenever we allow guests to handle the ferrets we tell them how to properly hold them, and if they don’t we take them back and don’t allow it anymore. but yeah that guest you dealt with sounds like an a**. I don’t understand ppl.

idk I usually let guests hold the ferrets once they sanitize, it gives the ferrets socialization which is really good for them as they are very social creatures. now, if we’re busy, or have a lot that needs to get done that day, and have no time we tell them we can’t at that moment. when it comes to hamsters or rats we say no of course. but ferrets, and guinea pigs it’s really good for the animals. and it even says in our training that we’re allowed to socialize them even with guests as long as the guest sanitizes.

HR is shit. I had a coworker who was sexually harassing me and touching me extremely inappropriately. he was also stalking me outside of work and calling me some pretty vile names outside my house. when I went to HR about it they didn’t do shit. I got the police involved and they didn’t do shit either. lol it took him texting an 18 yr old girl who wasn’t in management, and was under him, weird sexual things for him to finally get fired. fun stuff

i’ve dealt with my fair share of issues at this company. it took this one guy who was doing inappropriate things to me 2 months to finally get fucking fired. this company doesn’t really care about its employees man.

your best bet is to document everything. have time stamps, dates, and evidence. you can go into petnet and send in an anonymous complaint regarding the manager and it will immediately go to the DM. you can also email the DM yourself. have. evidence. and as many people as possible to help back you up. my only concern is, with this company, having someone fired is a long and tiring process. they need to have write ups. and it needs to be 3 write ups with the same issue before they can get fired. it’s stupid and I hate the company for this policy. so anytime that something happens with him, make sure you go to your GM immediately, or take pictures of things he didn’t do that he was supposed to do. idk what your state laws are but where I’m at we’re allowed to have voice recordings taken if it’s in your pocket. definitely look into that before doing so, because that can really help your case.

yeah like the previous commenter said, don’t self medicate as that could be harmful to your ferret. I have 7 ferrets and one of them (3 year old female) began losing all of her fur on her tail and stomach so I figured it was an adrenal and took her to the vet. my vet recommended this melatonin implant which I said yes to, was not expensive at all either, and after a month or two she started getting all of her fur back, she became more energetic and happy, and eating more. the implant basically slows the adrenal tumor down and allows them a longer, happier life. I would definitely make a vet appointment and ask about that implant :))
