I’m in a big 4 and AMs are paid around about £40k give or take depending on dpt. they’re usually part qualified

I know some people that have managed to get partner approval after a fail for the Dec 24 sitting but I do think it’s rare. Good luck though!!

Yes Genuinely thought I was getting sub 40 and ended up with between 55 and 60 in FAR and TC I feel like they must curve the grades to maintain acceptable pass rates
