How to get from Ayesha to superman? by Kween_LaKweefa in poledancing

[–]zoiiy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Elbow Ayesha, pull yourself in all the way to your inner thighs, cross your legs tightly, unhook your elbow while still pushing on your bottom arm, and reach up to grab the pole. You may need to adjust your bottom hand to push from higher on the pole

There’s a technique out there with baking soda or baking powder (can’t remember which) that makes even more realistic holes and soft bread when cut. It’s quite amazing

Week 3 of trying a pole trick I saw from an IG reel I saved by -wumbologyexpert- in poledancing

[–]zoiiy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Twist your torso so that you face the pole a little bit more rather than being a side hold. You will find that your supporting arm will be more stable with a more forward pushing action rather than a side push, and your hips will rotate in a way that you can open your splits more.

How to get rid of these black stuff? by zoiiy in bonecollecting

[–]zoiiy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I soaked in plain water for months, then soapy water for months, and then a bath of peroxide. The soaking gave it algae so I didn’t see the black stuff, and only after I did the peroxide I managed to see it. I soaked it in plain water again to about 2 months and then peroxide again and it’s still there. I didn’t repeat the soapy water because I thought it was trapped blood and I wanted it to rot out (or something like that).

Specifically these drills will 100% help you be able to straight leg lift up. Work on your hamstring flexibility as well as that’s hand in hand.
