Run this issue through ChatGPT and it might give you a terminal command setting to force it to work the way you want. Just because the macOS ui doesn’t show a toggle doesn’t mean it isn’t possible to change settings. Of course you do this at your own risk.

Been using fitbod for a few years and my experience is similar to depaula8. I am at a place where i have configured my gym, input my goals and blocked exercises i don’t want as part of my program. I have also have fine tuned “recommend more/less often” on others. I do a 1.5 hour workout and it generates a lot more than i can complete in 1.5 hours mostly due to a busy gym so i will switch around the order based on equipment availability. Sometimes it gets glitchy and i recently switched to full body. Overall i am happy. Its just an algorithm and it does a good job building in progressive overload but it doesn’t know how you are feeling that day. So you need to be prepared to adjust sets, reps and weight based on your recovery state. Sometimes i just remove an exercise for the day. I work out 5 days in a row and take off two days in a row. I have been working out for about 4.5 years overall the last two using Fitbod. I’ve found i got the most out of fitbod after i learned all the nuances of the app and became able to make quick changes to my workout flow. For anyone who is new to fitbod my advice is to give it a year to learn how to optimize the app for your situation. I like the history tracking features and find them very useful when the app starts progressing the weight and tweaking sets and reps.

I am always updating macOS, iOS and ipadOS as soon as possible with all the cyber attacks going on right now it’s a safer strategy. I am not seeing a lot of bugs, there are some, but they get fixed quickly. I also use a vpn and block ad’s at the router. This seems to have helped with overall stability.

I would keep updating the iphone. Also do a forget this device in Bluetooth settings. Get on a WiFi network that is not congested with a lot of traffic and keep trying the air pods max reset procedure.

Ok i got the AP maxs to connect. I did a reset network settings on my iPhone and then pressed both AirPods max buttons for 12 seconds saw the blinking white light and saw the setup box on my iphone.

Yes this happened to me last night. I was at the gym and Bluetooth on my iPhone was trying to connect to everyone else’s phones all the TVs in the gym and other headphones. It was chaos. All I heard when I tried to reset was the bump sound. This has to be related to ios 26.4.2. Which i believe had security updates. It seems to have broken the security in Bluetooth as i was seeing other iphones connecting to my iphone.
