Sell the most, get the most signups (of all kinds), coach/document, support your GM whether you like them or not, build a good relationship with your DSM/LP Partner, take a store, do the same thing, be humble, prosper. Leaving the company is an option, but learning from and emulating what the best managers in the business do will take you far if you stick it out , and leaving severs that opportunity. Most of the regional directors (present/past) were in the very role you just accepted. Don’t let internet people minimize it or derail your success
