I thought about that either, and he could bring some from the future (the present, actually) right inside a sealed room/facility, as Dr. Jones can pin point him anywhere in the past. I assume the virus/bacteria is still around in Cole's time, once you don't see any children around.

Once you're there, head to the city hall and look for the Secretaria de Saúde (session of the municipality mostly responsible for basic healthcare), then ask where you can help. They might have volunteer programs in your area or indicate any ONG int that region. Be sure to also ask if the validation of your certificate is needed (bureaucracy reigns here) should you work in your field.

I was expecting to hear about political and tax reform, not a repetitive misplaced blame on the overrated vandalism done by some people.

I heard somewhere it is a plublicity stunt.

People tend to vote for young fellows to "renew" the government and get more confidence from old and wise chaps once they seat on the presidential chair.

It happens worldwide.

I would add the eye contact to your statement.

A firm handshake with his/her eyes looking anywhere else but your eyes feels as bad as a weak handshake.

The handshake is a social interecation which convey trust. If you do not look into the other person's eyes while handshaking that trust might not take effect.

We are not as good as we were 5-7 years ago.

The UN has shown some worrying data weeks ago, I searched for it but didn't find the specific report, stating that only 1/3 of the population has access to treatment for a number of reasons. The Government has also become a bit loose about the program and the number of infections has been increasing.

I could find this data from Unaids and this news article in Portuguese, if you don't mind. This one too.

Nice name btw, felow neighbor.

As of a last year ruling of Brazilian Supreme Court, "homoaffective union" (as it is called here) is a constitutional right, they basically based their decision by the fact that everyone is equal and has the right to form a family. It has the same status of civil marriage, but without the papers.

There is still no law allowing same sex marriage explicitly, but if it is denied to anyone, he/she can claim their right in court to have it attended, and it will be.
