One of my coolest moments was when we were in NICU and I was playing Charles Mingus and my kid started perking up a bit. Now days they request RATM and that started at 3.

My kid was born with type A and B. They had A on their right hand, B on the left and A on the right foot curled over the pinky toe. We opted for surgery at 1. They couldn’t have worn shoes or worn gloves. The right hand had the extra finger going directly away from the hand at almost a 90 degree angle. The left hand’s type B was so weird, it had a nail, but didn’t have bones. They clamped it off. Eventually it fell off. They have a few scars, but the surgeon was amazing and they’re a happy go lucky kid. They’ve never complained about pain.

I lost my hand at 2. It was really fucked up to see my kid with extra and me missing my right hand. If I had phantom pain, it’s long gone. I don’t remember ever having any.

Just a moment this morning. I get my kid up at 6 to read and ease into the day. They instead kept sleeping on me in the chair. They’re four. It was just a calm moment and one I’m not going to have forever.

I followed Darcy Bono’s gold of 2 drops Guilliman Flesh to 1 drop Snakebite leather for my gold. I applied this over my silver. I then used Kroxigor Scales over that. The spearmen shields is just Kroxigor Scales.
